Add a Commenttheoretical and practical advice on how organize a quality school, sometimes repetitive, yet if the book is read slowly and over time, it is a nice review of already concepts
some important thoughts from this book:
quality is not defined, but recognized without defining (high, moderate, and low), students can recognize the quality themselves.
quality can be also improved at all times
only quality work is accepted
school is run in a need satisfying way, with focus on students centered cooperative activities
students are never coerced and punished, but persuaded and given care
if there is a problem, a problem needs to be solved together, without disciplinary actions
lead management vs boss management
